Our role is to facilitate and assist with applications; final approvals remain at the discretion of relevant government authorities.

By using our services, you confirm that:

You have legal authority to enter into binding agreements

You are not prohibited from receiving such services under applicable laws
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
As a client, you agree to:
Provide complete, accurate, and authentic documents and information
Respond promptly to requests for additional documentation or clarification
Disclose any material information that may affect your application
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions
Review all documents before submission and confirm their accuracy
Inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances or requirements

Trade License agrees to:
Process your applications with due diligence and professionalism
Submit accurate documentation to relevant authorities on your behalf
Keep you informed of application progress and any issues
Maintain confidentiality of your personal and business information
Provide guidance based on current regulations and requirements
NO GUARANTEE OF APPROVAL
While we strive for successful outcomes, Trade License does not guarantee approval of any license, visa, bank account, or government application. Final decisions rest solely with the relevant authorities. We are not liable for rejections, delays, or additional requirements imposed by government bodies.
FEES AND PAYMENT
Service Fees Our fees are communicated upfront before service commencement. Fees vary based on jurisdiction, license type, and scope of services required.
Government Fees Government charges, registration fees, and third-party costs are separate from our service fees and subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Services commence upon receipt of agreed payment unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced or documents have been submitted to authorities. Refund eligibility for specific circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
DOCUMENT HANDLING
All documents submitted to us are handled with care and confidentiality. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent documents provided by the client. Original documents will be returned upon request after service completion.
TIMELINES AND DELAYS
Processing times provided are estimates based on standard procedures. We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities, incomplete documentation, regulatory changes, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our platform including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Trade License and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Trade License shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question
We are not liable for losses arising from government decisions, regulatory changes, or third-party actions
We are not responsible for business losses, lost profits, or missed opportunities
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Trade License harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, provision of false information, violation of any laws, or infringement of third-party rights.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. Information is only shared with relevant authorities, service partners, and third parties as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law.
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice. Upon termination:
Fees for completed work remain payable
Pending applications may be withdrawn at client’s request
Documents will be returned upon request
Confidentiality obligations continue to apply
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration or litigation in the jurisdiction specified in your service agreement.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trade License operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trade License regarding the use of our services.
